Processed Documents Report

This form is where the user can find all the letters, and other processed documents.

  • User: Who created the document.
  • Created at: The time and date the document was created.
  • Completed at: The time and date the document finished being processed.
  • Processed Documents Type: The type of document that was processed.

Viewing Processed Documents

  • Hover over a Document Type and click the Cog Option that appears to View letters or other documents.
  • Click the View button to open the report as a PDF.
    • If an error message 'Results: No Data Found' appears, the letters were emailed and cannot be displayed.
